Qwerkstatt – Interactive Learning Format

An interactive learning experience was developed for an automotive company to encourage employees to reflect on their work and collaborate more effectively, safely, and with a stronger focus on quality.
In the resulting „Quality Workshop,“ participants progress through four interactive stations: the Michelin-starred kitchen, the polar expedition, the pit stop, and heart surgery.
Each station represents key aspects of communication, precision, coordination, and responsibility—essential elements of a successful quality process. The concept was subsequently adapted and rolled out across various international locations.
